GiftAider Amplify: logging and reviewing Gift Aid declarations
GiftAider Amplify handles Gift Aid declaration logging and review. A declaration records that a donor has given permission for eligible donations to be claimed, and keeping those records clear helps validation, claim preparation and later review.
Amplify-only feature
Declaration management is part of GiftAider Amplify. GiftAider Breeze assumes that only donor and donation data with valid declaration evidence already held by the charity is uploaded for processing.
What to record

Steps
- Open the donor record.
- Open Declarations.
- Add a declaration or review an existing one.
- Check the date signed.
- Set the declaration status.
- Set the declaration method.
- Save the record.
- Review affected donations before claim preparation if status changes.
