Admin Access and charity limits
Agent or multi-organisation accounts may see an Admin Access style message when your organisation is near or at the allowed number of client charities.
What you may see
- Admin Access heading or banner
- Charity limit reached (for example “x of y”)
- Only a small number of charities remaining
What to do
- If you need another client organisation and the limit is reached, contact GiftAider support or your account contact to discuss capacity.
- Existing charities continue to work as normal; the message is about adding further organisations under the same access arrangement.
